Annual Milan Festivals

• January: Corteo dei Re Magi, held each year of January 6th, with large parades from the Duomo to Sant'Eustorgio
• February: Carnavale Ambrosiano, famous for being the longest carnival in the whole world
• March: Milano-SanRemo, an prominent international bike race through the centre of Milan
• March: MODIT-Milanovendemoda , a range of fashion shows attracting many leading designers
• April: Stramilano Marathon, April, major race, attracting thousands of both amateur and professional runners, supported by large crowds of cheering spectators



• June: Festa del Naviglio, held on the first Sunday on the month, when the Naviglio canals are lined with street entertainment and food stalls
• August: Milan Bluegrass Festival, with many prominent musicians performing at the KC Campground
• September: Italian Grand Prix, taking places at the nearby Autodromo Nazionale in Monza, just a short distance from the city
• December: Festa di Sant'Ambrogio, national holiday celebrating the patron saint of Milan
